1. General Use

By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Fitforce reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for changes.

2. Refund and Exchange Policy

• No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except where required by law.

• Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is submitted in writing to our support team.

• Proof of payment is required (online order receipt or in store receipt). No refunds will be processed without a receipt.

• The customer is responsible for the return courier fee for all exchanges.

• Refunds/exchanges apply only to the product value. Courier fees are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued due to personal dislike of taste or flavouring. Flavours may vary slightly between batches due to natural ingredient variations.

3. Courier & Delivery Policy

• Fitforce partners with trusted third-party couriers to deliver your order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, including but not limited to:

  • High-volume periods (e.g. holidays)

  • Weather disruptions

  • Operational delays on the courier’s side

• While we offer various courier service levels, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines.

• No refunds will be issued on courier fees due to delivery delays once the parcel has left our facility.

• In the event that the courier is unable to deliver the package successfully, or the package has not been collected from the Bobbox locker within the given tim and the package has been returned to Fitforce- a new courier fee will be applicable to re-book the package for delivery.

4. Coupons and Discount Codes

• One coupon code per order only.

• Review coupons are limited to one per customer for submitting a verified product review.

• Multiple reviews do not qualify for multiple coupon codes.

• Coupons may not be combined, reused, or exchanged for cash. Fitforce reserves the right to revoke codes in cases of suspected misuse.

• Coupons do not apply to combos, sale items, discounted items & special offers.

5. Data Security, Fraud, and Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. However, no system is fully immune to cyber threats.

Data Breach

• In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.

• Fitforce will take immediate steps to secure the platform and cooperate with relevant authorities.

Fraudulent Transactions

• Fitforce is not liable for fraudulent credit card charges resulting from hacking, payment gateway breaches, or external security failures beyond our control.

• Customers must contact their bank or card provider immediately if unauthorized charges are detected.

• We will assist where possible. Refunds will not be issued for fraud unrelated to our systems.

6. Product Availability & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

• Prices may change without notice.

• Fitforce reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fitforce will not be held responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Delays or failures caused by external parties, including couriers or payment processors.

• Taste or texture preferences not meeting personal expectations.

8. Product Use Disclaimer

All Fitforce products are intended for use only as directed. Misuse of any product, including exceeding recommended dosages or using products for unintended purposes, is done at the user’s own risk.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Fitforce is not liable for any adverse effects, medical complications, or death resulting from misuse, overuse, or disregard of product instructions.

• Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, those on chronic medication, or pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a healthcare professional before using any Fitforce products.

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and results may vary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
