Refunds
No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except where required by law. No refunds will be issued due to personal dislike of taste or flavouring. Flavours may vary slightly between batches due to natural ingredient variations.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- The request is submitted in writing to our support team at [email protected].
- Proof of payment is supplied (online order receipt or in-store receipt).
Courier fees
The customer is responsible for the return courier fee for all exchanges. Refunds/exchanges apply only to the product value. Courier fees are non-refundable.
