Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most customers receive their products within 1–5 business days.
Free delivery
Enjoy free delivery on orders over R1500. Delivery fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Courier delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, including high-volume periods (e.g. holidays), weather disruptions or operational delays on the courier’s side. While we offer various courier service levels, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines. No refunds will be issued on courier fees due to delivery delays once the parcel has left our facility.
Failed deliveries and uncollected lockers
If the courier is unable to deliver the package, or the package has not been collected from the Bobbox locker within the given time and is returned to Fitforce, a new courier fee will be applicable to re-book the package for delivery.
