Questions
Who can earn rewards?
Anyone with a free Fitforce account. Just log in before you check out. Orders placed without an account (guest checkout) don’t earn points.
What is a point worth?
100 points = R1. So 1,000 points takes R10.00 off your order.
When do I get my points?
As soon as your order is completed (packed and on its way to you). You’ll see them in My Account → Rewards and in your order email.
How do I use my points?
At checkout you’ll see “You have Rxx in rewards. Would you like to use it?” Tap “Yes” to use them, or choose your own amount. Even a few rand helps. You can use as many points as you have, even for your whole order (delivery fees on orders under R1,500 are paid separately).
How do I move up a tier?
Every order you place while logged in adds to your total spend. Once your total reaches R6,000 you’re Silver, and you earn the higher rate from your next order.
Will I lose my tier?
No. Once you reach a tier, it’s yours. Only if an order is refunded or cancelled does it stop counting towards your total.
Do bundles and sale items earn points?
Yes. Bundles and sale items are already discounted, so they earn 50% of your normal rate. Delivery fees, coupon discounts and the part you pay with points don’t earn points.
Do points expire?
Only if your account has no activity (no order, no points used) for 12 months.
What if I return or cancel an order?
Points earned on that order are taken back, and any points you used on it are returned to you.
