Good morning sweetheart. Today I Fitforce will be joining you for your morning routine. Let’s start with:

  1. Did you stretch when you woke up today?
  2. Let’s do 3 deep breaths together
  3. Time for written affirmations and some journaling

I AM KIND, I AM STRONG, I AM ENOUGH, I AM INTELLIGENT, I AM RESILIENT, I AM POWERFUL, I AM WORTHY.

Let’s move on to our morning coffee :

The Recipe:

Ingredients

  • Ground coffee
  • Milk of your choosing
  • Absolute collagen
  • Honey for sweetness 
  • Water 
  • Fresh cream 
  • Ice 

The process:

  • take one teaspoon of ground coffee add it to a glass
  • Add one teaspoon of honey to your glass
  • Add a table spoon of boiling water 
  • Mix the coffee, honey and water till combined and frothy 
  • Add in cold milk to 3/4 of the way
  • Add in one scoop of absolute collagen 
  • Mix thoroughly 
  • A dollop of fresh cream on the top 
  • Add in a straw 
  • Enjoy

It is vital to take care of you, to take conscious time out of your day to ground yourself to ensure that you are functioning at your highest capacity. That you are healthy and focused. 

Don’t forget to breath, unclench your jaw and know that every minute spent with yourself is an investment. We are honored to have spent the morning with you babe.
